Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

RACS Limited Product Warranty

Awning Clean Pro warrants that RACS products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Defective materials

  • Defective workmanship

  • Failure of components under normal intended use

Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Improper maintenance

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by weather, storms, accidents, or natural disasters

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

  • Damage resulting from use of incompatible cleaning chemicals

Warranty Remedies

At our discretion, Awning Clean Pro may:

  • Repair the defective component

  • Replace the defective component

  • Replace the product with an equivalent model

  • Refund the original purchase price

Proof of purchase may be required.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awning Clean Pro's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
